We're a little early with the week in review...
We're doing the updates a day early since we'll be on the road tomorrow morning. Where are we going? We're heading to NYC to see our friend Tiffany Giardina open for Natasha Bedingfield at a teen fundraiser in Manhattan on Saturday, May 10th. Andrew Warren, a young philanthropist, is hosting the party at Marquee Night Club for teenagers between 14 - 19 years old. Andrew has decided to donate the proceeds from this event to Gabrielle's Angel Foundation (gandp.org). Tickets are $125 at the door.

The purpose of Gabrielle's Angel Foundation is to encourage the development of more effective therapies for patients with leukemia, lymphoma and related cancers.

It's for a great charity, if you can make it please stop and say hello.

Leisa Daniel noticed her daughter's weight loss and didn't think much about it until one night--at a Jonas Brothers' concert. The next day changed her daughter Morgan's life forever. As for how Nick Jonas’ openness about his own diabetes led to Morgan’s diagnosis, Leisa tells MomLogic.com, “I thought, if Nick Jonas hadn't talked about himself being diabetic and her thinking about it and talking about it, I might've let it go on to where she would've gotten really sick. The doctor said we had really caught it in time.” As for advice she has for other moms who suspect their children may have diabetes, Leisa adds, “If you're unsure, always take them to the doctor to make sure. The Jonas Brothers "Living the Dream" debuts on May 16th and people are talking. Today in the Orlando Sentinel Blog they're talking with the Jonas Brothers:

"Biggest challenge? I think acting in general," Joe told reporters Friday night at a red-carpet event at Epcot to celebrate the Disney Channel Games. "It's so new to us. We're so used to performing onstage. I didn't know how I would do. Honestly, I got kind of nervous." But he added, "I felt really comfortable halfway through."

If you remember a previous blog post we did about how the fans decided that May 2nd is Kevin Jonas Day:

May 2nd - Kevin to celebrate his brotherlyness Kevin seems to be an awesome older brother and May 2nd is brother/sister day

We also hear that some fans on IMDB decided to have May 7th as International Jonas Brothers Day. They have two interesting reasons for setting aside May 7th as the day:

The reason for May 7 is because a hate group, here in the USA, decided it would be great to dub May 7 National Jonas Brothers Suck Day... so we at IMDbJB decided to one up them and go global... I know... great idea, lol, anyways.

Another great reason is that almost every other country besides the USA writes their date with the day of the month, followed by the month. And if you look at the date 07/05... it's the name of the Jonas Brothers sonng 7:05, which works out great for us.

So celebrate today by wearing your best Kevin items. And the 7th with other JB fans to let them know you love those guys.

The Jonas Brothers were on the cover of 'Joepie' today. It's a Belgian magazine. There was also an interview in the magazine. Check out the gallery for more scans.

They talk about their album 'Jonas Brothers', which is coming out in Belgium on the 20th of June. They also talk about Demi Lovato & say that they're still single. They talk about the rumor that they're splitting up, their purity rings, school, golfing.. pretty much the basic stuff.

They say they've been invited by Justin Timberlake for a golf tournament and Joe tells the story about the president and the pink shoes :) . When they were asked what they would do if they were the president, Joe wants trampolines everywhere and Kevin would change all trees to candy trees. And they also mention Celine Dion singing SOS.
