Update 2: It appears that the LA Times frequents JonasBrothersFan.com. Here's an email Amanda & Kayla sent us:

Just wanted to tell you that this article quotes JBF.com! Not by name, unfortunately, but we were the ones who wrote the ..."we kept at it, we cried, we laughed, we did 'campfire' until our fingers ached..." etc. and posted on JBF.com. Sweet, right? It was under the thread on Tuesday about people having a hard time getting the presale tickets. And I believe the other quote "...it took an hour but I got tickets to 3 concerts..." was from JBF.com as well. Thanks to you, we are 'published' in the Los Angeles Times!! :) You rock!
