In the article it says:

While some may consider putting such big money behind a still-developing act risky, Billboard’s Ray Waddell calls it a smart move: “The Jonas Brothers are about as safe a bet as exists in the music business today,” he says. “This is a Super Bowl year for them.”

Contrary to earlier reports. the email that went out is legitimate. This has been confirmed by the Jonas Brothers management. No worry fans, if you received the email about the event in Hollywood tomorrow it is for real.

Here's a recent bulletin the Jonas Brothers posted on their MySpace concerning this email:

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to make sure that things are clear about an email that went out.

We HAVE invited the girls that were part of the AMAs to help us with a surprise concert. The email was only sent to the girls that were a part of the AMAs and it was sent out by the person and email account that helped during the AMAs.

The person that coordinated the AMAs is helping us with the coordination of this special event and has been in touch with those that are planning to come to help us today.

Hope this helps clarify.

According to our sister site MileyCyrusFever.com, the 3D Hannah Montana Best of Both Worlds movie hit number one bringing in over $29 million in sales, which is particulary notable considering it was only played in 600 theaters.

Due to the success of the film, Disney has decided to extend the showings in the theaters. You may still  have a chance to see the Jonas Brothers on the big screen.

Good news is the Jonas Brothers made number 1 on both coasts with "When You Look Me In the Eyes". It came in number 1 on KIIS FM and Z100 9 @ 9. Make sure you keep requesting the Jonas Brothers, we need to keep them at the top.

Remember to keep requesting "When You Look Me In the Eyes" on your local Top 40 station. The more radio play they get, we'll get them on the charts. We need them to get to #1 on Billboard and that is done by getting the song more radio play. The more radio play, the higher up the charts they'll get.
