o.m.g. that is a freaky picture. and she has NO RIGHT AT ALL having Nick's dogtag. it's a medical ID tag. what if something happened to him (i hope nothing would, but just saying) and he needed it. the doctors wouldn't know he was a diabetic and could give him some medicane that could hurt him. and how the heck did she get it. i though he wore it 24/7.

Yea, i dont think thats Nicks ID tag, it doesnt look like it, and plus he has to wear it 24/7 so i doubt he would take it off! I think someone needs a manacure! Lol <3
Oh btw I forgot to say that...that picture might not be even real :/. Since soooo many people have been hatin on Miley, there's a lot of people creating and photoshoping pictures of Miley doing different stuff. If you guys keep up with the stuff in perezhilton.com you can see that there's a blog about Miley taking pictures of herself in underwear and a shirt. But they say that the picture doesn't look real.
i read somewhere that posts stories about the tour that some chick who was in the marines went to one of the concerts and like loves miley and gave miley her dogtags (i have no idea why you would do that..) so i have a feeling thats what she's wearing.
and yea i agree. i dont think nick takes it off...seems kind of important if anything happened to him. but ya never know

i don't know anything about the marines, but i highly doubt u can give your dogtags to someone else. its a form of identification and it's not something you can give away.
You can give away dogtags as long as you have 2 or more of them. That picture kinda scares me badly like the eyes make me feel eerie.
yea as long as you have multiples its fine. but yea definitely a little bit on the creepy side.
