Can you make me one with Joe, preferably with the effect to make it look like there are polaroids on it?

Any pics of him that are fairly recent and cute (which aren't? lol) and if possible make it say "Even when we're miles and miles apart, you're still holding all of my heart"

My computer is weird about letting me save pics so if you could upload it to photobucket and post/PM me the link, that'd be great
