As soon as we got to the dance floor Reed pulled me close to him putting both hands on my waist as we started to dance.I wrapped my arms around his neck just like I thought the cameras started to flash but for some odd reason I didn't care.The song stopped and then Low came blasting through the speakers,I smiled a little as I removed my hands from his neck as I started to dance around him.Dad sure wouldn't like the way I was dancing expecially when it was with a boy but at that moment I really didn't care.

After a few more dances Reed and I slowly made our way over to the bar,I ordered a coke but him on the other hand ordered a beer which I wasn't sure how they gave it to him considering he was underagae.I slowly sipped my drink as I looked around for Emily who was rushing up to me Ollie right behind her.

"Maddie we have to go."She said.

"What why?"I asked.

"Umm hello your supposed to be home by twelve and it's eleven-thiry right now."She said.

"Oh crap."I said quickly getting up as we headed for the door.

"Mads wait!"I heard Reed yell over the music and I slowly stopped at the door as he walked up to me.

"I'm sorry Reed butI have to go if I'm going to get home by curfew."I said softly"Thanks for tonight though I had alot of fun."

"Well I can't let you leave without giving you this."He said as he quickly wrapped his arm around my waist and then pulled me towards him passionatly kissing me on the lips as the cameras flashed.

When he pulled away I knew that I had a stupid grin on my face as he smiled down at me.

"Bye Reed."I said as he slowly let go of me and I turned walking out the door.

I did get home in time even after I had stopped at Emily's house to drop her off and change my clothes.When I got home dad was standing in the kitchen with a cup of coffee and Niki was sitting at the table reading.I walked in and handed him his credit card.

"Have fun?"He asked with a little smile

"Yeah."I said remembering Reeds kiss I smiled and then slowly walked towards the stairs and up to my room.

~Kevin's POV~

I watched Madison walk up the stairs and I smiled to myself shaking my head.

"I know that look."Niki said with a little laugh as she got up and walked over to me"Madison met a boy."

I raised my eyebrow.

"And how do you know that?"I asked putting my cup in the sink.

"Did you not see the way her face lit up when he asked her if she had fun?"Niki asked raising her eyebrow.

"I think your just seeing things."I said wrapping my arms around her as I pulled her close to me.

"And I think your just oblivious to the fact that your little girl is growing up."She said softly as she leaned up and kissed me.

~Madison's POV~

I woke up the next morning a smile still on my face as I slowly put my finger to my lips,I could still feel his lips on mine.I slowly got up out of bed and got dressed.

"Madison Grace get down here now!"I heard my dad yell as soon as I had come out of my room.

I slowly walked down the stairs and into the kitchen where he was standing his hands on his waist and some magazines on the table where Niki was sitting looking at them.

"Yeah?"I asked as I looked at the both of them.

"Care to tell me what this is?"He asked holding one of the magazines up.

There were pictures of me dancing with Reed and then right in the middle was a picture of me kissing him.My mouth was hanging open slightly as I walked up taking the magazine from him as I flipped through the pages reading it.

"Crap."I said under my breathe.

"Crap is right Madison I thought you were better than this."He said shaking his head as he ran his fingers through his hair"Did you do anything else besides kiss this boy?"

"Dad!"I said raising my voice a little"Of coarse I didn't do anything,what do you think I am stupid?"

"Don't raise your voice at me."He said sternly"What else am I supposed to think when there's pictures like this."

"I was just having a little fun."I said crossing my arms.

"Yeah well that little fun is causing you to be grounded."He said shaking his head.

"What for how long?"I asked.

"Three weeks."He said shaking his head.

"Three weeks you've got to be kidding me!"I said raising my voice again.

"Would you rather me make it a month?"He asked raising his voice.

I bit my lip and slowly shook my head as I looked at the ground.

"No sir."I said softly as I picked up the magazines on the table and then turned and headed out the door.

"I don't want you to see this boy anymore either."He said and as soon as he did I felt the tears start to fill my eyes as I slowly headed up the stairs.

I threw the magazines on the bed and then picked my phone up,the thing was when dad or Niki grounded me they never took my phone away,being grounded meant I couldn't go to anyones house or go to the mall to hand out of anything like that.I quickly texted Emily.

I bit my lip as I scrolled down my contacts coming to Reed's number as I tried to decide wether or not I should text him.I decided to wait and see if he texted me first because if he didn't I knew he wasn't worth it.My phone started to go off after a few minutes.

I smiled a little I hadn't really thought of that.

I looked down at the magazines and sighed a little as I flipped through the pages.My phone going off once again.

I set my phone down and as soon as I did it started to go off again,knowing it wasn't Emily because she couldn't text that fast I slowly picked up the phone and smiled when I saw Reed's name.

So I see we're the next beig couple.-RS

I lauged a little shaking my head as I quickly texted back.

Emily texted back after I had sent Reed the message telling me that she would but at the moment her mom was calling her to come and do something.

I sighed as I got up putting my phone into my pocket as I walked out of my room and down the stairs so that I could get some breakfast that I could smell from my room.
