Epilogue

She threw her ipod into her locker and kept loudly singing along to the song when she bumped into her friend.
“Hey Joseph!”, she said overflowing with a smile. “What’s up?”
“Nothing.” He said quietly. “Except…”
“Do tell…” she said slyly.
“I GOT US TWO TICKETS TO THE FALL OUT BOY/ GYM CLASS HEROES CONCERT!!!!” he yelled.
“Gahhh!”, the girl scream wrapping her arms around his waist jumping around in circles.
“JOSEPHHH! You rock my world, dude!”, she screamed.
She then went around with him telling everyone what he told her.
He just smiled, still laughing.
“Seriously, though.” He started. “Tea, you have got to buy a new outfit...all of your old ones... meh.”
“Excuse me?” she asked. “I look fabulous in all my outfits, new or old.”
He rolled his eyes again.
A huge smile crept over her face.
“Joseph…”
“Yeah?”
“I think we have broken the 5 inch rule.”
“I think so.”
“We should stop”
“Why?”
“Because the 5 could turn into 1 very soon.” She said grinning.
“Please” he said pretended to flip his hair. “I’m too good for you.”
She scoffed. “Bahha, I’m too good for you”
“No fratting” a teacher said passing threw the two quickly.
“In your dreams, man” Joseph yelled after him.
He heard footsteps approaching them fast.
“We should run.”
“Yeah”
And they ran down the hall, outside to the courtyard.

A/N (Author's Note): Hey, its kind of slow starting but its really good later! Believe me, stick around :D

Chapter 1

Tea sat in Algebra 10 class rolling her pencil around in her mouth.

“So x is equal to pi to the 259,234^th digit, so what do you do then you may ask? Well…” the teachers voiced droned on and went through one ear to the other.
Tea’s head drooped when a piece of paper flew onto her desk. She looked up at the teacher and then opened the note.

“So, shopping? After school? I’ll meet you at Ed Hardy’s, kay?”

What? Joe isn’t in this class. She thought.

That’s when she saw him standing at the class door with a thumbs up sign.
He started to make faces and do the soljah boy dance, making the whole class laugh.
Tea smacked her hand on her head when the teacher dragged Joe into the class, of course he didn’t notice still into his dance.
“So, we have a troublemaker, eh?” the teacher started. “Shouldn’t you be in class, son?”
“Nope”, he smiled. “Study Hall”.
“Those darn study halls, about 10 years ago I talked to the board about them… said they were a waste of valuable time and that kids were just playing around in those classes. I remember that day, Thursday January 12, 1998…” the teacher started, not noticing that Joe was slowly backing out of the classroom.
Tea kept laughing to her self, looking at Joe.
I love that kid. She thought.
The bell rang and she bolted out of the class to find Joe.
“You idiot”, she said punching his arm. “Soljah Boy dance in school? You were gonna get caught."
Joe made a screwed up face, hunching his shoulders. “I remember it like it was yesterday, Thursday, January 12… man that guy gets off topic. I thought I was gonna get my butt kicked!”
“You have no butt to worry about, Joseph”. She said grinning.
“Ha, very funny, its not my fault my butt is flat, I’m not one of 50 Cent’s video girls.”
Tea busted out laughing.
"Hey guys! It's the lovers" someone whispered loudly, making a few people laugh.
"At least we have lovers, were not at home watching music videos dreaming! Not naming any name: DONNY!" Joe yelled out.
More people laughed including Tea, as the loudest.
Joe watched the guys run out and looked at Tea.
"Man, you do that a lot" he said smiling.
Tea’s smile disappeared when she saw the way Joe was looking at her.
“Yeah.” She said slowly.
The bell rang again.
“I have class.” She said shutting her locker.
“Well, this is a school” he joked.
“Yeah”, she smiled weakly. “I gotta go.”
She then walked to her next class. Leaving Joe, confused
as ever.
It's like one look can change everything...
