Magazine....... HELP!!!!!! 

Okay so i am taking photo and i have to make a magazine cover well its going to be bout the Jonas Brothers..... Big Suprise there!!!!!! lol. Well as one of the smaller stories inside i wanted to have one bout Frankie. I found a picture but i need to know who took it or where to find it so i can ask them if i can use it.

so yeah i was just wondering if anyone cud help me with tht. Also if there is anything wrong with the cover (ex: colors not working out) let me know please.
