These are obviously the forums, and there are many different forums in which to post. I'm sure you've seen them all, on the homepage.....Nick, Joe, Kevin, What's On Your Mind, Sigantures, Newbies, FanFiction, all of them and there's still more! :D Feel free to post on any of those.
SIGNATURES:
A signature is a picture or words that appear under every post you make on these forums. If you look beneath my post, there should be reaccuring pictures that show up everytime. I can make you a signature if you would like :)
Go to the forum homepage. (Community > Forum)
Find this toolbar at the top of the page, and click the circled link:
Then, click the little plus underneath the text box labeled HOBBIES, and next to the plus sign it should say USER SETTINGS.
After clicking that, scroll down to the text box marked SIGNATURE and paste in the <img src=WHATEVER URL IT HAS> into the box, and hit Update, and you've got yourself a signature :)
