i'm about 99% sure that "can't have you" is going to be on the cd, but unlike the others, it has not been officially confirmed by the jonas brothers.  they have not outright said that it's going to be on there, like they did with the ten songs that are in bold.

i don't know ... i was really rooting for "move on" to be on it.  but oh well.

It's so exciting that Timbaland is in their new song.  He's awesome! :)

yes, "shelf" is the same as "don't take my heart (and put it on a shelf)".  i remember reading some magazine article where the boys were talking about songs on the upcoming album, and they were talking about that song.
