I don't know where I'd be with out the Jonas Brothers...sometimes when I hear Underdog it's like they're actually singing to me!!!

I used to be.
Until I "met" the Jonas Brothers music. Then I realized that I can be somebody. I knew they weren't singing to me, but like you said.....I didn't care. I truly pretended they were. And they have no idea how much of a better person they've made me. They probably never will know. But thats okay - as long as I know that I'm more bold, more myself, something I didn't know before, thats all that matters.
I found myself through finding them. Thats a prize that I don't think can ever be topped from another band.

it's true too....they've had the biggest impact on me...like nobody else...
at school I feel like and underdog because I have standards, like most of the school swears and stuff, well I don't, and so I feel like I'm sticking out by making different choices, so I feel like and underdog then, but when I get home from school and I see the posters in my room I smile and remember that they've helped make me who I am today...

I am a total underdog.
One time when I got the c.d. my uncle was hanging out with my mom, brother and me and I said: "This song called underdog, totally describes me!!" and my uncle said: "Really so it says: 'the girl with the orange shirt'?" my uncle asked (btw I was wearing a cute orange striped short-sleeved polo.)

I think before, I just kind of blended in with everyone at my school. I never spoke up on my opinion, except around my friends that I felt comfortable with. But then, after listening to that song, I really did cry.
For a long time. Because I realized how much I'd been missing in my life. The feeling of self expression was a void in my existance. Now, I'm bolder with my fashions, with my opinions. I let go of everything that had once held me back - things now that I've learned to embrace, because they make me......well, me. I feel complete now, for one of the first times in my life. And I realize how lucky I am. How much easier my life has become.
Its easier to stop faking yourself and become who you are, beause you'll never know who it is until you let go of that false facade. Once you do, I think it doesn't hit you square in the face and say, "Well, here is who you are, like it or love it!"
I think it is a gradual process that you just one day look back and think, "Wow. Look how far I've come."
I don't believe we ever stop growing as people. We always add to ourselves. So JB has taught me that being an underdog gets you no where, except self pity. I believe in myself now. And thats a big difference from what I used to think.
Because although I may never "change the world," at least I have the power and the confidence too.

i think that everyone is somewhat an underdog, it just depends on wether or not you consider yourself one, because there's always someone ranked above you, no matter where you stand in the food chain, y'know?
that song really touches me because i am so much like that girl and i think its great that JB recognizes that some of us, some of their fans really are underdogs, and thats why that song is so important to me. JB has inspired me in so many ways, i cant even count them. before i liked JB, i didnt really have many friends, wasnt very popular ( im still not), rarely even talked about anything. but now, i can connect with people, i have regained self-confidence, and thats really important to me.

yeah...everyone's an Underdog about something....I know I am....
I've been trying to be strong...my (ex) best friend made some bad choices and I tried to help her back onto the right path, she told me to stop acting like her dad and get the **** out of her life....
I cried forever...It was really hard, but I can't change her actions...so I'm pretty lonely at school sometimes, but it's ok, I don't mind being different, it's ok with me. It's hard to loose someone that was pretty much your sister....
Sometimes I feel like I only have God, my family, and the Jonas Brothers....they have helped me in so many situations...with out them, who knows where I'd be...
It's not that I don't have self confidence, I do, but sometimes I'm alone because I'm not like the other people at my school, and I'm happy being me....that's what really matters!
