haha i think my parents are sick of it too now. I tell my mum everything about them, she really doesnt care! Like we were shopping the other day and I tried on red ray bans and was like "Do I look like Nick Jonas?", she just laughed (:
OMJ I've only had OJD a week and my parents are already sick of it!! I want to go to their concert in Pittsburgh with my OJD BFF Jenn but she would never take us. I'd buy the tickets for both of us myself. (but Jenn can fend for herself, haha.) I want to got SOOOO bad. Only other problem is, I start school the next day, and it's a 2 hr drive from Pittsburgh to here. UGH. So there's, like, no chance. And then like 4 days later, is a Taylor Swift concert, which I also want to go to. :-(
Ok, so has anyone's OJD ever brought trouble in the home? My mom has been yelling at me none stop since about October, and its all about the jonas brothers, she gets tired of hearing the songs in the backgrounds and the posters covering every inch of my room. And more so then ever becuase i got my 3 year old sister involved, she knows all the words to all there songs. So my parents can't get away from OJD in our house.
My parents don't yell..they just ask me periodically if I remember what my wall color is..since you can't see it anymore xD
It's gone wayy passed home for me. My teachers know about my Jonas obsession, too. I've gotten in trouble (kinda) for reading the PopStar or People or CosmoGirl Collector's JB Magazine during "Study Time" or staring at my assignment notebook that's covered in pictures (its my collage xD ). I have OJD and I'm proud :]
For me, OJD is like wayyyy past....I have posters everywhere. If I even say one of the boys names my parents freak. I love them to much but I'm proud. My parents dont like there music and I try to ignore them because they are the best! I have OJD and I'm very very proud even though my parents dont like it.
i know my parents and my sisters hate my ojd. my mom hates it so much i had posters all over my wall and she ripped all of them and threw them away. i got so mad at her ive never been to a jonas brothers concert and im dying to go to one but they ust wont take me. and my sisters are always makin fun of me. but i dont care i love my ojd
my mom sometimes has these moods where she supports my ojd at times, but then other times she just thinks it's silly. my dad ignores it most of the time but he doesn't have a real problem with it. but after a while when all i talk about is jonas 24/7, i think it drives my mom insane lol. shes like, "ok enough with the jonas brothers! can't you talk about anything other than them?" ummm NO not really haha. parents. they just don't understand...

^^my parents are EXACTLY the same way! There are certain "days" as I say where she will be sarcastic and ask me random things about the jbs, but then days (like today) she'll just be like "can you please put that magazine away? I've seen and heard enough about the jonas brothers today!!" my dad kinda ignores it to, except for like one time last week where he actually said that his hair looked like joes when he was a teen....at that I burst out laughing (cause his was the opposite) and I was just like "are you kidding me?! NO ONE could have joes hair. except joe.no one. ever. yeah."
lol My mom actually like the jonas brothers with me. haha she thinks joe is like hot. lol wayyy to young for you mom!!!
But she was reading my people magazine last night, sos is her ringtone and she want thier music video on her mp3 player.

Yeah I think my mom hates it. My sister was 9 when she became obsessed and she dragged me into ojd with her. Every time we walk into a store she says "NO JONAS BROTHERS. I don't want to see one magazine, one book, one CD, the answer is NO." And sometimes she'll walk into our poster covered room and just shake her head. It sickens my dad. He thinks they're gay. When we start talking about how hot Kevin is he'll go "I REALLY don't care so please don't mention it to me." And when we play our CD he'll be like "I'm outta here" It's funny tho when we play it in the car full blast, it annoys him so much he'll sing along badly (He knows the words now! lol!) or roll down all the windows, anything to annoy us and get us to stop but we never turn it down. He hates the posters too.
